Scan its barcode or type part of the name. Each item can carry a retail and a wholesale price, and the till switches between them in one tap.
Type the cash handed over and the till shows the change. For M-Pesa it sends the prompt to the customer’s phone, or matches a payment made straight to your Till or Paybill. Regulars can buy on credit.
The receipt prints on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer. If you file with KRA eTIMS, each sale goes to KRA as it completes.
Cash and credit sales carry on with no connection. Each is saved on the till with its own receipt number, and the customer still gets a receipt. M-Pesa prompts wait for the network; payments made straight to your Till or Paybill still arrive, and show once you're back.
When the connection returns, the saved sales upload by themselves, and go to KRA if you file eTIMS. A till can't close its shift while any are still waiting, so the day's totals add up.

The till and the back office in one system, on any device, for one counter or several branches. Every sale, delivery, stock count and price change is recorded with who did it, and when.
Each till’s shift ends with a count against what the drawer should hold, so a short shows at once, under the name of whoever closed it. Fare or bags paid from the drawer are recorded, so they never pass for a short.
Every delivery, sale, return and stock count is a line in the item’s history, with who made it, so “the system says 3 but I received 10” has an answer. Items running low and batches near expiry are flagged.
Each customer has a running balance and a credit limit, and every sale and payment on their account. Balances owed for over 30 days get a list of their own, so you know who to call first.
Deliveries taken on credit are listed oldest first, with what you still owe each supplier, and you pay them off by cash, M-Pesa or bank transfer. Purchase orders go to the supplier on WhatsApp.
Sales, the cost of what you sold and gross profit, for any dates you choose. On Pro: sales by cashier and by shelf, expenses and net profit, and Excel or PDF exports for your accountant.
Owners, managers and cashiers each sign in with their own account, and a PIN unlocks a till left alone. Discounts are for managers, and the activity log shows who changed a price, a credit limit or a role, and when.

No. SuperDuka runs on any Android phone, iPhone, tablet or laptop you already own, with nothing to install. A receipt printer is optional: any 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer works, and the phone’s camera or any USB or Bluetooth scanner reads barcodes.
You never type a sale into eTIMS. Once your KRA PIN is set up, SuperDuka sends each sale to KRA as it completes, and the receipt prints KRA’s invoice number and QR code. KRA approves SuperDuka as your integrator once, and we help you with that request.
Straight to your own Till or Paybill. During setup we connect your business number to SuperDuka, and from then on each M-Pesa prompt goes out from your number and every payment is matched to its sale.
